Fun in the snow!

We all got bundled up and played in the snow. However, Carson cried most of the time. Not sure if he was tired or really just did not like being out there. As you can see, Dad enjoyed it:) Hopefully Carson becomes a little more adventurous or I'll keep hearing that he's just like me!

Santa?

We attempted to see Santa yesterday and this is about as close as Carson would get. Mark says he's just like me since I was scared of EVERYTHING when I was little. Notice Santa trying to entice Carson with the candy cane - that didn't even help!

Halloween!

Happy Halloween!!
Since Carson still isn't sure what this is all about, we decided to take advantage of Halloween activities and the grocery store and the mall vs. driving around and going door to door! He seemed to have a good time! and Mom and Dad probably ate most of the candy!! :)

Amy and Ken's Wedding!!

My sister and Ken got married on 10/13/07 --- All three off us got to be a part of their special day and we had a great time!! Carson was especially interested in the flower girl, Ava:) They both did a good job riding down the aisle in a wagon, Angie cried during her speech/toast and Mark managed to get a few dances in:) It was a beautiful, fun day!!

What are these things?

Getting ready for Halloween! We spent the afternoon at Nelson Farm near Litchfield and I had a lot of fun. I can't wait to be a monkey..................

These are two of mommy's favorite pics from the summer. First, I'm overseeing the forest in our backyard, just call me Ranger Carson. Secondly, I'm teaming up with Dad to give her "the look" so she'll never be mad at me (us!) again!

I'm walking - finally!!

Mom wasn't sure if I ever would, but I started to take those fateful first steps just short of turning 15 months old.....and now there is no looking back!!! By the way, don't I look like such a big boy with my nuk and blanket??!??

Summer fun!

This is how I spent most all of my free time this summer ---- playing on the lakeshore at Great Grandpa Jack and Great Grandma Marlys' cabin. I got more brave as the summer went on, who knows what next summer will bring!!!!

9 months!

I spent a lot of time cruising around in this walker and babbling!! I definitely keep mom and dad entertained!

First Christmas

We spent time in Fargo, Litchfield, Clarkfield and at home.....I got tons of fun toys, but really didn't understand what was going on. This was one of my favorite toys!

First Halloween!

I can't believe they put me in this crazy chicken suit. I'm such a sport. I spent my first Halloween at mommy's friend's surprise birthday party, but got to hang out with my friends Owen and Allyson. It was fun!

6 Months...

I have so much personality!! At this age, I got my first tooth and learned how to roll over and sit supported!

3 Months!

Mommy goes back to work :(

I'm busy growing! By this time, I had already experienced many firsts and was a good baby. By the time mommy went back to work, I was sleeping from 10 pm to 6 am.

1 Month

Mommy stayed home with me for 3 months -- we spent a lot of time getting to know each other and visiting mommy's friends who also had babies around the same time. I also had many visitors! I took my first bottle from daddy when I was 4 weeks old and slept for 3 to 4 hour increments each night.
